On Monday 7 October, a star-studded line up led by pop music icons Emeli Sandé and Peter Andre, gathered at the Roundhouse in Camden to support a fundraiser for Cure Parkinson’s.

Hosted by Edith Bowman and Simon Mayo, the evening also included performances from Leo Sayer, Andy Fairweather Low and supergroup Blue Water Giants.

Over 350 guests attended, and the event raised over £500,000 with all profits from the evening supporting our vital work.

Robbie Williams, whose father and mother-in-law live with Parkinson’s, kindly sent a message to guests via video recording from the US, encouraging those who were able to support our work. And towards the end of the evening, Peter Andre, whose mother lives with Parkinson’s, encouraged guests to dig deep and support the cause before performing his hit song, Mysterious Girl.

Celebrity attendance also included former Wimbledon Champion Pat Cash, comedian John Bishop, BBC News anchor Sophie Raworth, and two members of the award-winning Parkinson’s podcast Movers & Shakers: Sir Nicholas Mostyn and Gillian Lacey-Solymar.

We are hugely grateful to all the artists and performers for taking the time to support the event. The evening was able to raise vital funds thanks to the generous support of Headline Sponsor, Domino’s, with further sponsorship from Blackeye Gin, Oeno and BAway. The event was organised by WKM Productions.
