Phoebe Stamford-Moroz

Phoebe joined the world of governance following her classical training as an orchestral bassoonist. Currently leading the Governance and Secretariat team at FTSE40 company Rentokil Initial plc, Phoebe’s recent accolades include recognition as a Future Leader in the 2023 Governance 100, a fellowship with the Aspen Institute, and an Executive MBA. Phoebe authors the Chartered Governance Institute’s undergraduate Corporate Governance examination, and speaks publicly about her neurodiversity and thinking differences in governance and The City.
