On Tuesday 10 May, over 400 of the City’s leading wealth management professionals gathered  in the historic Merchant Taylors’ Hall on London’s Threadneedle Street for the 34th annual Gulls’ Eggs Luncheon, raising over £90k for Parkinson’s research.

After a two years of the event taking place either virtually or at other venues due to Covid-19, the Gulls’ Eggs Committee were delighted to once again welcome guests to the well-established networking event at the magnificent Merchant Taylor’s Hall. Attendees enjoyed a standing luncheon and a raffle, having the chance to win a variety of fantastic prizes.

We are truly enthused to be back at our ‘spiritual home’ of Merchant Taylors’ Hall. Unfortunately we were unable to serve gulls eggs this year due to an earlier breeding season; but enjoyed quails eggs as part of the luncheon in lieu. Cure Parkinson’s revenue was drastically affected by the pandemic. We are determined to raise meaningful funds to support their critical work in funding research to find a cure for Parkinson’s. They are the only charity that solely do this in the UK.

Rupert Phelps, Chairman of the Gulls’ Eggs Committee.

Cure Parkinson’s would like to thank Merchant Taylors’ Hall for hosting this event. We’d also like to thank our headline sponsor, Crux Asset Management and our event sponsors: First Trust Global Portfolios, Titanbay, Candriam, Carmignac, Novia Financial Plc and Artemis Investment Management.
