A message from our supporter Alison Anderson:

Give the gift of hope this Christmas

“For me, Christmas is a time when I reflect on the year that has passed and start to look forward to the year ahead. The work that the team at Cure Parkinson’s is doing to find treatments to slow, stop and even reverse Parkinson’s is one of the reasons I look forward to the future with hope.

I am hopeful that in my lifetime, there will be a cure for Parkinson’s.

I was delighted to be asked to be part of this Christmas appeal and hope that as you write your Christmas list, you will consider including a donation to support this charity’s vital work.

To borrow a phrase from another well-known charity, ‘Parkinson’s is not just for Christmas – it is for life’.

Or at least it is currently.

Until we have a cure, Christmas, just like every other day, comes with many challenges. I know that in the months and years ahead, as things stand, Parkinson’s will make these challenges increasingly difficult.

Your gift could help turn my hope and the hope of thousands of others into reality and a brighter future.

Please donate if you can.
