We would like to invite you to take this survey about participation in Parkinson’s clinical trials. The survey is for people with Parkinson’s, who either have or have not previously taken part in a clinical trial.

This is an opportunity to tell us about your experiences of participation in clinical trials, or how we might make changes that would enable you to participate if you haven’t already. We hope this will enable us to create resources that support participation in clinical trials for as many people as possible. Questions will ask about the key barriers, facilitators and motivators to participation in research.

This survey is anonymous and will take, at most, 45 minutes to complete. This project has been created in collaboration with people with Parkinson’s and Cardiff and Plymouth universities. The results will be presented at Rallying to the Challenge 2022 – a meeting designed for and by people with Parkinson’s, advocates and care partners to explore how the Parkinson’s community can impact and accelerate research.

For more information, please see the participant information included at the beginning of the survey before deciding whether to take part.

The Rallying to the Challenge survey

We would be very grateful for your time if you decide to submit a response and hope it will result in meaningful change in the Parkinson’s research community.
